What we cover

This institute helps leaders build a shared view of AI readiness before they commit to policies, tools, or large implementation plans. Participants examine governance, infrastructure, data, staff capacity, teaching practice, risk controls, and change readiness. The session can use Meridian's AI Maturity Profile as a structured diagnostic, or it can be adapted to an existing institutional framework. The result is a clearer sequence of decisions, not a generic readiness score.

What participants leave with

  • Shared AI readiness picture across core operating domains
  • Priority map for policy, infrastructure, and capacity decisions
  • Sequenced action agenda
  • Evidence base for leadership discussion

Typical outputs

  • Facilitated AI Maturity diagnostic
  • Readiness findings
