What we cover
This institute helps institutional teams design an AI governance structure they can actually use. Participants define the scope of policy, clarify decision rights, examine shadow AI risk, and connect governance to faculty use, student use, research data, vendor procurement, and administrative automation. The session uses higher education cases from North America and the Gulf, then turns those lessons back to the institution in the room. It is a governance design session, not a software demonstration.
